....what is most important?
I've had this discussion several times during the week with various folks.
My thoughts are that it's all about relationships.
We can go through life, attempting to get higher on the corporate ladder, higher on the food chain, higher in people's eyes, higher even in our own eyes....but if we don't have respect and love for others, we have nothing.
Jesus said to put others before ourselves...their needs before our own, their happiness before our happiness. He said to care for others first and love them unconditionally.
I really want to be like that. Guess I'll continue trying.
Ya, kind of sounds like I Corinthians 13, doesn't it?
