After saying farewell to Matthew and Thais after supper
last evening I felt drained...and sad. It was so wonderful
to have them with us for a few short days and to get to
acquaint ourselves with Thais (pronounced Tah-ees).
I dislike good-byes especially when it may be the last
time to see that person for a very long time. But I
should be used to it by now! Matt has been away before and
may now make a return trip. We shall see how it all comes
about in the next few months...
After picking Britney up from work last night we shut all
the lights off and watched the lightening. Another storm
this morning to wake us and as I post from my BlackBerry
the sun is shining, the rain is falling and thunder is
rumbling. Quite the day.
Tomorrow looks good for coming to town to do laundry and buy
grub....and have breakfast with Shannon.
