to eat healthy, that is. I know how things like this can go though, so I'm not saying that this is the way it will always be but we're giving it the old college try! Tomorrow...the dietician. She will help us a good deal more. Husband's sugars are gradually and slowly going down and his blood pressure is back to normal, all signs that he is recovering nicely.
For supper tonight we ate roasted chicken, cooked a yam, some carrots and a bit of stuffing for the chicken (not Stove Top either!!!!) We ate in moderation....and of course, we had salad.
Looks good, eh?
There is always fruit available for snack....not too much should be eaten....but enough to choose from...instead of cake or a few cookies!!!
