She flew the coop....

We teach and encourage and try to be a good example to our young ones.

We make sure they eat the proper foods so they will grow strong.  We give them responsibility so they will learn independence.

We tell them when they're going in the wrong direction and attempt to show them the way back so they don't get totally lost.

We allow them to make mistakes so they can learn lessons in life...enough to make them mature but not so much that they totally humiliate themselves and they don't want to go forward or change for the better.

And then the day arrives when it appears they are ready to take on the world.  Many lessons have been learned, they appear to be able to make pretty wise decisions most of the time and the time has arrived to finally get a sense of true and delightful freedom.  They're ready for the flight......

And she managed to do it in one attempt!!!!

This beautiful, multi-tasking young woman has arrived.

And she now, officially, has her Saskatchewan driver's license!  Congratulations Brittney!!  Gramps must have taught you those parallel parking moves very well!

The world is hers....but not the car....just yet!!!
